Guest guest
First, I must thank everyone who responded. With the amount of traffic these days on vedic astrology, I completely missed most of your replies. However, this event was extremely interesting in the sense that when I looked at Vimshottari and Narayana Dasa of D-1 chart, I really didnt see anything. But in transits I think there was some indication. This is why I posted. And it does seem like it was hard to predict, because of all the replies I have seen, none of them have been even close. So here is the event: I had wisdom tooth surgery at that time - from 9:30-11:30 almost. All four of my wisdom teeth were removed. Since I am almost 38 yrs old, it turned out to be a rather complicated surgery. There was excessive bleeding during the surgery, and the teeth proved hard to extract - in fact for one of them a piece of bone had to be broken still attached to the tooth, and the surgery went in sort of 2 overtimes of 15 mins each; another tooth was straddling a nerve. It was performed under general anaesthesia, so I felt no pain during the surgery. But afterwards is a different matter. I am still in pain almost a week after the surgery (still taking painkillers). I have lost all feeling in the lower right half of my lip and the chin surrounding that area. The feeling has not come back yet (a week after surgery). I am going to the doc again tomorrow since this is not normal (i.e. the obvious nerve damage in facial area). The interesting thing is - if you see the time of my surgery, transit Rahu is conjunct debilitated Mercury (lord of my 8th house of longevity). Additionally, these two are exactly 90 degrees (square, accordingly to western astrology) to my natal mercury, and exactly opposite my 8th house natal Mars. To top that, transiting Saturn (maraka in my chart) is exactly conjunct my natal mercury. I had seen this transit a few weeks ago. Also, the 24th April eclipse exactly hit my Rahu-Ketu axis. I suspected something bad, so I had been reciting MahaMrityunjaya mantra occasionally. But I did not know exactly what was going to happen, until the couple of days before surgery when a piece of tooth fell out of my mouth and I realized I needed surgery ASAP. So, given this information, how is this event explained using vedic astrology? As you good people have yourselves seen, Vim dasha and Narayana dasha dont show any clear indication, or am I missing something? It is a significant event, so the chart should show it clearly.
