Dear Raghunatha,

I think perhaps the tone of my post implied something I really didnt

mean to say at all. I do not doubt the efficacy of either Vimshottari

dasha or Narayan dasha. Rather, as you say, I am really interested in

knowing what exactly I am missing, and how exactly to interpret the

transits along with Vim dasha or Narayana dasha. I mean, purely

statistically speaking, the transits were showing some event pointing

specifically at me, correct? How often is it that Rahu and Saturn are

exactly square, and exactly on top of my natal 8th lord, AT THE SAME

TIME that coincidentally the transiting 8th lord is exactly conjunct

Rahu. So I guessed something bad, but I couldnt judge what it was at

all. So I posted to see if I could learn from anyone else.. Actually,

one more piece of info: I noticed that in my D-16 Narayana dasa, I

was about to enter a period of 2nd and 7th from A4. So I thought that

maybe I was going to get into an accident. That didnt happen either.

I ended up donating my old car to charity so that the proceeds would

benefit the AID India organization..
