As per your request, I have a casted a Prashna Chart and used the same for this analysis:-

May 13, 2005Time: 11:54:45Time Zone: 5:00:00 (West of

GMT)Place: 93 W 10' 00", 44 N 48' 15" USA

Prashna Lagna is Cn and lord is Moon who is placed in 12th with 7th and8th lord

Sat along with Gulika and Mandi too. But the question is about the native's

younger brother's Job, hence I am taking the Prashna Lagna as Vi instead of Cn.

So the actual Prashna Lagna is Vi and its Lord Mer and also Karaka for the work

of the native is placed in Ar with 12th and GL lord Sun. This Lagna Lord Mer

also with SL too. Very interestingly the SL,GL and HL are aspecting each other

with the Lagna and 10th lord and Karaka which is Mer. Let me now see quickly

the SAV bindus for this concerned bhavas: Vi has 30 ( Good), 10th House from Vi

has 23 ( not too good), 10th lord placed in Ar which has 35 bindus.

I am thinkig that, he is going to get a very good job with power and authority

and money in a far away place from where he is currently living.

So the above is giving indications of the Lagna lord and 10th lord and Karaka

are in sambandha, but I am not seeing a conection with the Prashna Lagna here,

hence there is a delay in getting the job and I would say mid Dec 2005, he

should find a job. Ask him to pray to Lord Surya to get work soon.

This is purely my opinion and you or others have the

rights to disagree. I am using the data provided by

you.

1. In a prashna chart I don't think we can use

bhavaath bhavam principle. The answer is related

directly to the question which is why the younger

brother is having problem in getting the job.

if you see the lagna lord Mo along with 7/8th lord Sa

is placed in 12th.

What I see is Mo Which is the lagna lord and also

represents Mind is in 12th meaning the native(the

brother) is trying for a job in a foreign country and

as Sa is involved as 7th & 8th lord indicating

obstacles and delays. But as 8th lord in 12th

indicates a VRY after initial struggles.

My advice would be the person has to overcome the

lethargy and pray lord ganesh to remove all obstacles

to get a new contract probably a foreign assignment.
