Guest guest
Dear Jyothi, Namaste, From your questions it seems that you think Atmakaaraka is a trouble maker. No it's not, It's just the indicator of your soul. Whatever one suffers and enjoys cannot be without the sanction of our own soul (Refer (I think) Jataka Paarijaata for Vidyanaatha's explanation for working of Dasa). If our Mind/Intellect/Buddhi tries to be against Atma then suffering results. For the character of Atma please read other non-jyotish texts. Atmakaarak can give a lot of blessings too. If for example if it associates with Navamsa lagna the person could be born in a high family. If Ak aspects the Navamsa lagna lord there is potential for the person to rise high. Treat Ak as lagna and count where the Navamsa lagna is, That house can indicate blessings from Atmakaaraka. For Example if Navamsa lagna is 2nd from Ak (i.e Ak is in 12th from Ak) the person could be spiritual as 12th house of giving, meditation etc becomes prominent. If say Navamsa lagna is in 11th from Ak then then the person could have friends in high places etc. If Atmakaaraka does give trouble then no physical solution will help. Then the person has to do a lot of soul searching. Hope This is was helpful. Warm Regards Sanjay P. Hari Om Tat Sat On reading this article, I have some doubts which I am giving below. Scholars please help. 1. Suppose Atmakaraka happens to be second from ones Upa pada, will it adversely affect ones married life apart from adeversely affecting the house in which it is placed (like if it is in 4th , affecting ones domestic life)? 2. If the Atmakaraka happens to be ones Lagna Lord, how will it react? Beneficially or Adevrsely still? (Because it is said that Lagna lord will significantly improve the house it occupies) 3. Can Jupiter's aspect any way nullify or modify the adverse effects of atmakaraka house? I expect a reply from all who can clear my doubts..plz.. Guest guest
HareRamaKrishna Manoj Ji, Rahu is the Chara Atma Karaka in your chart. Rahu's calculation is in reverse -- i.e. (30 - 1.14) = 29.16. Someone gave a nice link on the topic earlier: http://www..org/learn/ck.htm Thank you.
