To all the learned and respectful teachers in astrology,

 

Namaste. Some one in the forum talked about the relevance/ connection of mantra,

tantra and occultism to astrology and also theories of past birth.

 

I have few questions related to that. I would appreciate the answers from you

all to understand the teachings and techniques related to it Since it is a

group forum many others also benefit from it. I am in the process of learning

astrology. So kindly ,even if one teacher responds to my question, I solicit

answers from all the learned members to verify this from multiple angles, so

that whatever information we learn or pass on to others it is very authentic/

verified and knowledge based.

 

My questions are:

 

1) Is there a way to connect the control of rational mind of people through

mysticism, or mantra or tantra.

If there is a way, what house/planets and their positions show that, and how do

we study their effects, and assess the direction it is coming from, ( which may

be important too), and ways to find appropriate remedies to protect the person.

It would be good to know the sastra based astrological theories/ remedies

rather than theories through intuition/ mysticism.

 

As these days, both educated and uneducated people are made to believe through

the mystics or indian soap operas ( TV serials as they say in India) the power

of mysticism. This has become a social evil and either way through its

existence or non existence, people can become victims to this social evil.

Quite often I see in news papers some one getting thrashed/ or going through

various rituals by a mystic to encounter the black magic done to them. I know

people who can swear by this.

Prashna sastra can probably confirm , if there was an effect on native from

mystic acts with an 'yes' or 'no 'answer, if so what is that method there?Then

we may be able to verify for sure to through other astrological means the rest

of the details.

 

If learned members can throw light on the subject by valid , authentic theories,

even if one life is saved it can be worth the attempt.

 

2) How to assess in a infalliable way ( by verifying from multiple angles) the

relevance and connection to past birth with respect to this life's misceries.

Some one raised the topic of knowledge of earlier birth. So again what

astrological / planeteray combinations give us this total information with

verification?People anyway do not have control of their past life i.e if we

believe in Karma theory, however , it is worth while to explore/ research the

subject, to acknowledge people about this and alleviate the suffering to them.

 

 

As, once some one knows what they have done in past , they can accept to day's

miseries much better,rather than try and resist karma, which can prolong the

karma more. once they know and accept it, we can work on the remedial part.

Even if we discount the knoweledge of past birth by saying, it is not true as

the soul takes several years to travel to either swarga or naraka, it will be

good to know what sanskrit book quotes that, precisely the chapter, page and

verse that says it. This will be more convincing to others as they don't regard

this as an intuitive theory and can be verified.

 

Long time back I read a book, in which they have written that, through past

life regression some one in europe took one lady to past lives and found out

what sins she committed , and found a solution for in her current birth . (

This was not a book on fiction, it was verified on a reputed talk show on a

reputed channel ).The example that was given was of a lady who had trouble

conceiving in the current birth and remained childless, and undergone past life

regression and found out that she was a lady doctor in her earlier birth, where

in she aborted several babies in her profession. That came back to her as a

curse in her current life. Then she was prescribed few remedies and she I

believe conceived later. If this is true, I am very happy for her, that she was

given a chance to correct her sins/ mistakes, and has pleased the almighty. So

if this can be studied through

astrology also , we can make it available to people through this wonderful

science. It is always better to see the people correcting their mistakes,

rather than paying for the mistakes . Is n't it?

 

If there are no reseached authentic theories on this topic already, I would

request all the learned members who are research minded to consider kindly

researching on this topic and help the people at a larger scale.

 

If there are authentic theories already, then please share it on the net for

the good of people, as many astrologers see that and spread this knowledge and

science for the good of humanity. Atleast if there is a verified theory we

will be comfortable answering the rational skeptics, even if can't help the

foolish skeptics.

 

Jyotish , I believe, would be more helpful to people if it is cure oriented, as

opposed to resigning as fate, right cure can be offered by identifying the

right problem.

 

These two theories encompass the miseries of population at large globally, so I

request the large hearted guru's to share their enlightened methods for the

benefit of greater humanity.
