For example except for Kanya and Simha ascendants, all the ascendants have 12th lord being the other lord also. For example Sagi lagna has mars as both 5th cum 12th lord. And Mars has Moolatrikona in Aries, thus he acts more like fifth lord than 12th lord. Thus when mars sits in 10th house for sagi lagna, it is good.
