Employment is best suited for both of you. You wanted to know whether it was alright for you to purchase property in your name as your husband is running Saturn dasa. For this one looks at the 4th house and the 4th lord. In your husband's case is Jupiter, whichis in a dusthana, that is, in the 12 th house. The 12th house is Vyayasthana and therefore there is a likelihood of his losing the properties. In your case, your 4th lord Sun is in labhasthana, the 11th house. Hope this suffices.
