Wants to start Independant buisiness

I am doing software business with partnership

since last 7 years, we are ok with the partnership

with very much co-op from my side in every angle.

now my partner wants to be seperate. basically i

brought him in this busuness he is very inteligent he

himself develop first then he allow other people to

know, he is settled himself in all, & i am having

housing loan and my personal exp. increased due to

wife & kids. while starting this business i was

energetic & go get it person. but now I am little

confusion, whether I can do it or not.

now my question is can i do start this business

independantely and from when or i will face any

problem. my wife is little short temper she is not

much co-operative she tells me to start but she stops

at any time when she feels taking any matter. i have

given here my personal data for your

reference.
