So, such people rarely stick to their promises. Reasons can be anything pressure of parents or some other reason. In your chart also the lord of the house of conflicts closely aspects the house of family - second house. The lord of the second house is badly placed in the house of obstructions and is exactly conjunct with the lord of the eighth house. These planetry influences disturb the relationships/friendships. You need to propitiate Mars and Saturn and strengthen your weak Jupiter, Mercury and Venus to get better results and to regain the relationship. For strengthening your planets you can use gem stones for these planets in auspicious muhuratas.
