Problems with boss at job

Dear learned gurus,

I need urgent help, can you advice me what i should do?

I am having problems with my boss at work and I want to know whether

it will amicably setteled or will I end up leaving the job.

Also what are my chances for a new and better job.

Please advice as I do not want to bear with something which is

destined to be a failure.

I have been going through a mentally stressful time since 2000 March

just before my accident in March 13, 200. Ever since alhough I have

been geting jobs but some sudden changes caused problems and I left

my job.

Even the present job the President of the company that chose me for

the job, had a celebral stroke just before I joined and the whole

project went haywire inspite of my best efforts just because the new

boss had no experience and was not wiling to give me the full

responsibility.

I am now working in a new project in the same company but I can see

the same result awaiting because of inexperience of my boss.

I am in very good terms with major shareholder (son inlaw of the

original President) and second in command in the company. He has full

faith in me but I dont know if he has the confidence to change the

situation.

It is really a very difficult situation for me so urgent help is

requested, as the next few days will be decisive please do help.
