Fw: please help extreme mental exhaustion

Dear Respected Guruji's,I need urgent help, can you advice me what i should do?I

am having problems with my boss at work and I want to know whether it will

amicably setteled or will I end up leaving the job.Also what are my chances for

a new and better job.Please advice as I do not want to bear with something which

is destined to be a failure.I have been going through a mentally stressful time

since 2000 March just before my accident in March 13, 2001. Ever since alhough

I have been geting jobs but some sudden changes caused problems and I left my

job.Even the present job the President of the company that chose me for the

job, had a celebral stroke just before I joined and the whole project went

haywire inspite of my best efforts just because the new boss had no experience

and was not wiling to give me the full responsibility.I am now working in a new

project in the same company but I can see the same result awaiting because of

inexperience of my boss.I am in very good terms with major shareholder (son

inlaw of the original President) and second in command in the company. He has

full faith in me but I dont know if he has the confidence to change the

situation.It is really a very difficult situation for me so urgent help is

requested, as the next few days will be decisive please do help.Name
