Respected Gurus and Jyothishas,

What Bhava represents the stubbornness of a person. Is there also any

significance of a plant in indicating that?. If so what are places when

this planet is placed, the stubborness of a person will have impact.

Also is this linked to Navamsa chart..which signifies the inbuilt

nature of a person?.

Expecting your replies

Thanks

Senthil

Dear friend,

lagna= self

moon= mind

mars = ego

stubbernness = stupidity on account of ego or keeping a reserved and

static view/ perceptions about things = affliction in or from fixed

signs or planets like Saturn, Sun

stupidity= affliction to lagna/moon/mars and houses of knowledge

(2/5/9)

similarly Vindictivness = malefics in trine afflicting lagna/moon/ or

their lords (malefics in trines = indicates that the person is unable

to bear the criticism even if it is mild/ moderate and constructive,

for example malefic in 9th house indicates that during the ruling

period of malefic in 9th in the period-subperiod of ruler of 4th

house, the personmight have a bad relationship with his/her mother

and the person may keep a grudge in his/her mind about the past bad

treatment/ behaviour received from his/her mother.

This analysis can be extended to other relationships also.

Dear Srikant,

Nice to see your reply. Also thanks for the explanation, as it is

better to learn from experienced persons.

Does your explanation for stubborn nature means that, one should have

born in Sthira or fixed rasis or have sthira rasis as ascendants or

sthira rasi has Saturn or Sun placed?.

Mars has fighting nature and associated with ego, while saturn...does

it also fit in to this category..as saturn is slow in actions...?.

Thanks

Dear Sentil,

here are few things to add.

A good Saturn can make someone a tireless and conscientious worker,

while a badly disposed saturn can make a person stubborn and lazy.

Also Mars in the sign of aquarious can make a person not content or

satisfied.Or parivartana exchanges of Mars and Saturn.

Combinations /opposition of Sun ,, Saturn can create rebelling

against authority, society

Sun rules natural 5th house(power) while Saturn rules the 6/7 from

there.a places of opposition and enimity for sun.

When you think of it Sun is King and Saturn are servants and manual

labors.

Mars debilitated can give someone who surpresses their anger,

and thus build up some resentments and such.

Best Wishes,

Lakshmi

I think an exalted mars in conjunction with malefics like rahu, ketu,

saturn, sun can make one very stubborn and assertive.
