Sundara Kanda parayan - Narasimhaji pl respond

Please provide guidance on how to do the Sundara Kanda parayan.

And when is the best time to perform it?

There are many ways for Sundarakanda Parayana,

1) one can read total 68 sarga's in a single day

(needs to complete before noon)

2) Daily one sarga

3) Sapta sarga.. seven in a day

4) Maha sapta sarga..

5) Katapaya vidhanaa..etc

you can follow any method according to your

conveneance.you can read daily one sarga also.

Do parayan with strong will/Bilef on Lord Rama and

Lord Hanuma.

Offer daily some fruits (Banana is better, Promagnate

is best) before and after the completion of Parayana.

Make sure that you wont miss daily sequence.....

Pl also give some input on the methodology of doing parayana. Native stays in foreign land.

I wud opt for daily 1 sarga...

can this be recited anytime of the day and preferrably in which language? -

hindi, english or sanskrit?

Dear Pooja,

 

I like to share my thoughts with you regarding Sundara

Kanda parayan.

1.Usually in the morning is very good for parayana.

2.It is very important to take both before parayana.

3.If you sanskrit you can read it in that or your native language or

english.Everyone has same effect one thing very important is faith and

belife of Lord Rama.Lanuage doesn't important since it is not

mantra(Still Sundara Kanda parayan always gives the effect of Gayatri

mantra since ladies are not allowed to chant Gayatri.ok,it is

different thing).

4.If possible you can read all the chapters in a day or atleast one

chapter.

5.You can chant Rama mantra or RAM RAM RAM before starting parayana.

6.Put a small table and decoration(Kolam) with raw rice since at the

time of parayan Hanumanji sitting in that(always believed whereever

parayan of sacred Ramayana Hanumanji is present there)

7.If possible put a figure(paper sized photo) of Lord Rama with Devi

sita,Lakshman and Hanuman) and light a lamp.

8.It is very very important to be a vegetarian.

9.After finishing all the chapters at the time of Paatabishekam

naivaidya usually honey,raw graphs,raw sugar etc.

10.At the end of the parayan also chant Rama mantra or Nama of Lord as

RAM RAM RAM.

Pl advice the best time to start Sundara-Kanda Parayana in coming week.

 

Birth Chart details of native is :

25th Dec 1976

10:10 am

Indore , MP, India

 

 

PS: The native currently resides in Ireland which is 4:30 hrs behind IST.
