It looks like for Capricorn, Aquarius Lagna, Venus is Yogakaraka, whereas for Taurus and Libra Lagna, Saturn is Yogakaraka. I believe that Venus and Saturn are friends. For Cancer and Leo lagna natives, Mars is Yogakaraka, of course, for Leo Mars is also Badhaka. Hope learned members will correct me. As a simple rule : If in an ascent,any planet that simultaneously owns a kenda( 1, 4, 7, 10 ) and a kona (5th and 9th) then it becomes the yogakarka or a special planet capable of bestwoing auspicious results. Ofcourse, since 1st house is both a kenda and a kona, the lagna lord is always a yogakarka.
