For a native born on Nov 15, 1986, 11:28 am IST, Mumbai, 72E50,

18N58, Lahiri Ayanamsa --

 

Jagannatha Hora 7.02 gives Moon Ari 14:49:43.29

Astrodienst Zurich --gives Moon Ari 14:49:43

 

Both are the same and reliable.
