Jupiter and Ketu in 12th house - Does jupiter gets Guruchandala yoga?

In a birth chart if Jupiter and Ketu are in 12th house and aspected by venus can

we say he will attain Moksha. Some one says if jupietr is with Ketu in 12th

house Jupiter will get guruchandala yoga, is it true? I read that if Jupiter is

with Rahu Jupiter will get guruchandala yoga.

 

I have chart with the following details

 

Lagna- Tula / libra

2nd house - Mars [own house]

5th house - Moon [Kumbha Rasi 10th lord in 5th house and aspected by

Mars]

6th house - Rahu and Venus [ Venus exalted in Meena]

7th house - Sun and Saturn [ Aries, Sun exalted in Kruthika nakshatra]

8th house - Mercury in Taurus [ Mercury in Vargothamam]

12th House - Jupiter and Ketu

 

Person is running with Mercury dasa and Jupiter Antadasha till Feb-2006 (now 36 years age)

Birth details - DOB- 11-05-1969

Time - 4.34.45 PM

Place of birth Cuddapah - Andhra pradesh - India

 

I have a question like

1] What will be the impact of jupiter and Ketu in 12th house for Libra ascendent

(Jupiter lord of 3 and 6)

 

2) What will be the impact of Jupiter transition to Thula for Tula lagna chart

and Kumbha Rasi [This particular case]
