Your brother is cancer ascendant with lagna lord moon in 12th house

in the nakshatra of rahu, and rahu is placed in the 6th house of

enemies, diseases, disputes and court matters. The lagna lord moon is

in a very bad placement. Moon is a very evil planet for this chart.

He is going through Saturn/Moon period from June 2004 to Jan 2006.

Saturn is a very malefic planet for cancer ascendant, and is placed

in its enemy mars nakshatra. So the period Saturn/Moon triggered the

evil results promised by moon's placement in the rahu's nakshatra,

and rahu being in the 6th house. Also transit saturn is on his lagna,

a very difficult transit.

 

My guess is that your brother could be in a prison or a hospital if

he is alive at this time.
