Wich house denotes 2nd marriage? 2nd or 9th house?

Dear seers, wich house denotes 2nd marriage? I heard 2 methods for that.

 

1. 8th from 7th house, i.e. 2nd house. as first husband/wife died or

divorsed (8th)

2. 3rd from 7th house, i.e. 9th house, like as younger sister of one's

mother for aunt.

 

Please help.
