venus, in its own sign, 10th house gives zero points?

Greeting to all vedic-pandits

 

In one rasi-chart, venus and moon are in 10th house in Libra.

Then what about his career.

 

Venus rules sexual attraction, Moon rules maternal relations. These

two are no way related to career. How can we interpret here. Moon is

the lord of 7th house. This is the only one relation with other

houses. But the 7th house rules maternal relationships.

 

 

I hope, this may be clarified.
