You must see this planet with relation to Your Atmakaraka (it can also be Argala). If there is connection then You can jump to Vimsamsa. Fifth houses and Ninth in Rasi are related to fortune and wealth per Parasara, in Tenth house they give Dharma-karmadhipati Yoga (Ninth Lord). Second lord in tenth house is Simhasana Yoga where one sits on throne. Now Saturn in fifth house decrease memory and can give suffering related to students/children, it also decrease power (enemy of Surya). Mars in ninth house is generally good, it also depends on lordship (native will take advice of person who is connected to Lordship), it is good for authority and Guru but can be bad for friends cirles (argala on eleventh).
