Download PVR's Lessons 1 - 45 (modified)

Dear sir,

I'm unable 2 download the PDF file as the file has been removed and

the following message is flashing :-

"There are many websites that let you download illegal files.

The file that you were trying to download was removed because it

violated our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.
