Dear Sreeram,

 

Similar is the case with Western Numerology by Sepharial.

 

Just the principle of temporal strength (kala bala) in part has been

taken from Indian Astrology along with

 

phonetic value of planets- used for Prasna Shastra

 

and came out the Modern Western Numerology

which uses

the planetary hour - KALA HORA

the daylord- BARA BALA

principle of varnadhipati(planetary rulership over phonetic sounds)-

LUCKY NUMBER FROM one's name (SWARA SHASTRA)

 

ALL MIXED INTO ONE WITH SOME PRESUMPTIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS

 

AS A SNAP SHOT METHOD OF PREDICTION FOR THOSE WHO DOES NOT WANT TO

GO DEEP INTO THE TROUBLESOME WORK OF PREPARING AND ANALYSING A HORARY

CHART.
