Howto set Muhurtam for spiritual practices.

Dear frineds

 

I would appreicate any information on how to come up with

a good muhurtam for starting spiritual practices(I understand

that typically this will be carried out based on Gurujis instructions.

In general I want to know what parameters to look for based on

vedic astrology).

 

On a side note, Eclipce(grahan) being taken as most favourable

time for spiritual practices. Can some one throw light on why is

it so?
