Sun-Mercury-Venus-Jupiter conjunction

Hi All,

I have Sun[27degree 30'],Mercury[10degree 15'],Venus[24degree 28']

and Jupiter[26degree 42'] in Cancer 8th house from ascendant

(Sagittarius),and Saturn,Rahu in 9th house Leo.

Rahu & Ketu have attained vargottam in Rasi & Navamsha chart.

But Jupiter & Venus both are deeply combusted.

There is failure whatever I touch ,what should I do.

 

Just wondering what this four planet conjunction could imply for me

in the future. Any help would be appreciated

Longitude-> 81.56E]

I am female age 26.
