Dear Shri Vishnu

Pramana - ''Kulabhidham '' - Means having name as Kula. Thus Kula is at

bottom.

Now please read the Shloka that i have provided.

http://vedabase.net/a/abhidha

Thus you have the Pramana that you need.

Now except for you ,all the translators have understood Mooladhara as

in perineum. This is the place which is between Guda and Linga.Coccyx

is the posterior. This much anatomy is clear for everyone.

You are having Libra in mind and is not ready to change.

Thanks

Pradeep
