Exalted Moon afflicted by Ketu in Navamsa(Plz answer!!!)

I am born in Cancer lagna with lagna lord exalted in 11th house (Ketu is in trine with Moon)

but in navamsa Moon which is vargotamma is again afflicted by ketu...

 

Due to this, i have a very changing mind and negative minds that cant be controlled...

Infact some times i feel does it lead to madness......Is it so?????

can that be determined.....

Presently running Rahu dasha Ketu bhukti till july 2006

 

Rahu dasha ketu bhukti has affected severely in professional life leading to lot

of problems in job losing fame...but not beyond this...

 

 

whats the remedy for this...i am wearing Pearl...

 

Does it affect health or Marriage related prospects or children because moon is

aspecting 5th house in D-1 Chart

and as 7th lord in navamsa is exalted in 5th house afflicted by ketu...
