Meaning of AL and UL in the same sign ?

Dear Visti-ji and other Gurus

 

In my horoscope I have the Arudha lagna and Upapada in

the same house (9th from lagna).

 

What would be the deeper meaning behind this ?

 

I understand the AL is the phsical tangible worldly image of the person

while the Upapada is the body of the spouse.

 

Would this strengthen the marraige in particular ?

marriage. This depends on the planets joined this combination. Here Saturn will

promote living like a bachelor, whilst Jupiter will promote married life.

what will be the effects if the al and ul are in the

third house with exalted mercury and mars there. your

prediction regarding first significant relationship is

very true that the person will have to subdue his ego

for the partner's wishes, but what will be the long

term consequences of such a marriage.
