Guest guest
>>Pramana - ''Kulabhidham '' - Means having name as Kula. Thus Kula is at bottom. Ah, so it is kulaabhidhaaM! Yes, abhidhaa can mean - called, named, identified, designated. It is always a good idea to give verse in ITRANS format. Now Kula Padma is at bottom, according to YOUR interpretation of the verse! Let us see....."Kulabhitham Suvarnabham Swayambhoolinga sangathamDwirando yathra sidhosthi dakini yathra devatha Tad Padma madhyagayoni tathra kundalinee sthidha Tasyordhwa SphuraTheja Kaama beejam bhramanmadam Now here we can find Suvarna padmam near to swayam bhoolingam.Kundalini isplaced in the yoni falling in the middle.Kula is also mentioned - ifKulabhitham means without any kula you are right. If it means Kula - then Kulapadma is near to swayambhoolinga and not Akulapadma - as perthis verse." Survanaabham means golden lustre/shine, and it is saying Swayambhoolinga is of golden lustre. Where is Suvarna padma??? If one were to accept your interpretation that above verse is "Kula padma" i) swayambhoolinga is in Kula padma??? ii) dakini is in Kula padma??? iii) At its (Kula padma)centre, there is yoni(downward pointing triangle)??? iv) Kula padma radiates(upwards) "kaama bIja"??? v) If all the above are in Kula padma, wonder what is there in Mooladhaara? I had mentioned earlier -- padmas (other than "Akula") are generally called/named/designated (abhidhaa!) as "Kula". You chose to IGNORE that guideline and consequently indulge in "TWISTING" classical references to aggrandize your argument. Above verse is "IN NO WAY" talking of "Kula Padma". It is describing "Moolaadhaara" a.k.a kulaabhidhaaM - nothing more, nothing less ! You are having Libra in mind and is not ready to change. Bias like beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder! You hurling such remarks hasn't proved "Mooladhaara is in Dhanus", has it? Your "motivated and twisted" interpretation of classics have negated your argument. Finally, you resorting to "twisted and motivated" interpretation of classics is reason enough not to engage you any further. I conclude our debate as below 1) "Mooladhaara is in moola nakshatra" is an outlandish slogan. 2) "Mooladhaara is in thighs" is imagination gone amok. 3) "Mooladhaara is in Dhanus" is cumulative effect of "twisted & motivated" interpretation of classics and poor logic. warm regards,Vishnu -- Om Akhanda mandalaakaaram vyaptam yena charaa charamtatpadam darsita yena tasmai sri gurave namah
