To all scholars: Why Ketu not considered as AK,,AmK, PK etc ??(Ref:JHora)

Dear Sir,

 

Are you sure that is the reason? Well, that seems very odd to

me. Because, if a headless can elevate a person to spiritual heights

(Isnt Ketu considered Moksha karaka and planet that gives intution??)

then why cant it take charge of a person? If Ketu can play a

significant part in taking charge of a person's soul, why it is

exempted from being any karaka?
