dear friend chandrasekharji

 

taurus is your house of speech (second house) whose lord venus is

not only debilitated and placed in the house of diseases but is also

receiving the aspects from retrograde saturn, mars and jupiter. the

house of speech is also aspected by enemy sun from the eighth

house. Mercury, the dispositor of sixth house (where venus is

placed)is also the lord of communications (third house) and is

placed with rahu.

 

even though scriptures prescribe dumbness if second lord and jupiter

or in 6,8,12 houses, it would really happen only if these planets or

weak and are devoid of any benefic aspect. in my own chart, second

lord mercury and jupiter (exalted) are both in 12th house but my

speech is considered excellent. so, mere placement of planets as

per rulebook do not give the results of any yoga be it positive or

negative. one has to look at the strengths and aspects as well.

 

recital of gayatri mantra 108 times every morning shall see this

problem off.
