I would like to know how can the star in which VL falls be always aswini, for all people even when the sign is not aries. I now doubt if my query is below basic. I couldnt find any reference in BPHS, if in case anybody starts accusing me of not referring any texts. (Or if I overlooked, pls give me the reference.) But other special lagnas are shown in appropriate signs. Hence the doubt.
