If you are asking that 6th is in 6th, 8th is in 8th and 12th is in 12th simulteneously, then we will have to consider several aspects. Basically, as the learned acharya has pointed out vry arises due to association of a dustadhipati with another dusta sthana. Some people do consider that even if the dustadhipati is associated with his own house, vry can result. However this is a very generalized statement because often , the planet will be owning some other house also and we will have to consider the results of such lord being associated with a dusta stana. For eg., let us assume Saturn as sixth lord is in capricorn for the lagna of Leo But he is also the seventh lord and seventh lord associated with sixth house will delay bhagya. Left alone,this will certainly result in postponement of VRY to another dasa and often, the native may not get another chance. Hence, we can see the situations in a holistic manner and can not reduce them to questions like 'what will happen if 6th is in 6th?" etc. A better way of asking the same question is " what will happen if Saturn is in 6th, Jupiter is in pscices and moon is in cancer for leo lagna?" whereby we can not only get valuable insights but also the advadvantage of earlier experiences with such placements. Btw, I believe that 6th Lord in sixth etc can cause good results if not vry. But as I said before, I am not going to generalize it. The book written by sri Kali dasu...Uttara kalamrutam...it was mentioned...... if dusthana lords(6,8,12)are in any of the dusthanas 6th or 8th or 12....It was a Vipreeta Raja yoga.........they should not meet any other house.....
