Urgent help reg career!!! have very less time

I had mailed earlier on this group to seek career advice and had really got a

good response.

Things are really getting out of my hand and I am feeling really helpless and

can't find a solution.

I have joined a company here in US cause i didn't have any alternative. The

job profile doesn't match to what I had worked and it is a very stressful

marketing type of job with traveling all over the week. I have been having many

problems in my past employment and have really lost confidence in spite of

working very hard.

I am getting nervous and having many physiological problems right now because

of the same and I am on the verge of a major breakdown. I am not even able to

talk to my managers and coworkers with confidence. I don't want the condition to

deteriorate please could anyone help me in advance.

I would be really really thankful for your help. Could you please guide me if

I should contnue the job or quit it and wait for another job in my field and

location?

I need to decide about the job switch in a month or two or otherwise I will

have to work for the current one due to visa issues. I am having a few people

responding and offering temperory contract positions but I am not sure if I

should go in instability.
