Guest guest
Dear Friends and guruji's, I read many e-mails and its answers given by expert astrologers from this group. I may be wrong but i found that planets like HARSHAL,NEPTUNE and PLUTO are not considered. Is it becaus of name of group that only 9 planets are considered??? Please explain as i am in learning. Thank you Regards, NIRUPAM
Guest guest
Dear Nirupam, Astrology is a holistic subject, which takes Sign-House-Planet as its basic constructs. Here the planet changes form a reality to a concept, aimed at its usefulness. Even if there was only 2 (Sun & Moon only) astrology would have been there. The Rishi's selected the 5 then known planets along with Sun, Moon, and the Nodal points Ra and Ke to create this system, which is a concept based holistic system, which could be used to have an understanding of the past-present-future. We are trying to understand and use that ancient system created by them, (which is currently in an almost demolished state), rather than trying to create a new system. Why? Only a person with holistic brain (or say meditative brain) can understand the world, which in itself is holistic. i.e. Only seers can create a trustworthy system to know past-present-future, and we are not of the grade of that great Rishis who created this system. Due to this reason we give importance to the original system, rather than use/trying_to_use the new planets and the like. If you look around you will notice that people with out even an understanding about the holistic and logical foundations of Astrology (in short the basics of astrology) is trying to use the new planets and trying to project them selves as the Seers of the new generation. Get a good understanding of the theoretical foundation of astrology. Then this doubt will naturally vanish in no time. Do you find the above statements difficult to digest? I am busy now and don't have the time to explain in detail. Please read the article, named 'Base of Astrology' in the 'Kerala,India' folder in the files section of the group. That may help you to understand the above statements made by me. Guest guest
Dear Sreenadhji, Thank you for nice explanation. I raised this question becoz many new books in market talk lot about these planets. As you are experienced person and has seen many charts what is your experience or you dont consider them at all??? People who consider these planets might be right, but how do we come to know about the reality? Or neglecting these planets really doesn't make any difference? Thank You.
