Dear learned gurujis,

 

I am posting this for the 2nd time since it did not appear in the

forum as I expected.

 

Could anyone please enlighten me regarding the following:

 

1. Why is Mars exalted in his enemey's house Makara? Does this mean

that Mars defeats Saturn and becomes victoriuos in his enemey's

house?

 

2. Venus is exalted in her enemey's house Meena and debilitated in

her friend's house Kanya. What is the logic behind this? Is Mercury a

false friend to Venus that she makes it a point to see that Venus is

not treated well in her domain? Or is it because Mercury is exalted

in this house and she doesn't want even her friend to more powerful

that herself? Hmm. I hope somebody would be kind enough to explain

this.
