Guest guest
I am posting after a long time in this forum due to the good offices of Narayanji - a moderator in this group who gave me the opportunity to post my messages again after intervention from Guruji himself on my behalf and also due to the appeal of many fellow members. My sincere thanks to all the good souls who have enabled me to join this group again and my pranaams to Guruji Dakshinamoorthiji who took up this issue personally to ensure my resubscription. Now regarding the query of Shri. Sunil: Shri Sunil has asked Guruji, "-- In vedic astrology, "divinity_sun" <divinity_sun@ ....> wrote: > > Dear Shri Dakshinamoorthiji, > > I needed an advice about a girl child born on the 19th of January > 2006 in Ernakulam, Kerala at 7:52 AM. > > The Lagna is Capricorn with the eighth lord sun in it. > Saturn the lord of 1 and 2 is in 7 > Moon the 7th Lord is in 8. > Jupiter is in 10th > Vnus and mercury in 12 > Rahu 3, Ketu in 9 > and Mars in 8th. > > Nakshatra is Pooram and the balance dasa is for 1 year and 3 months. > She then runs Sun and the moon dasa. > > Balaarishta is present according to me. Please advice? > > Also what should the remedial procedure be in this case? I request > you to kindly mention your views on this matter. > > With warm regards" Dear Shri. Sunil: In the horoscope you have mentioned Baalaarishta is there in the horoscope due to the following reasons: 1) Moon is in the 8th house without any aspect. This indicates danger through water. 5th and 8th years could be particularly dangerous in this regard. 2) Sun - the lord of the 8th house is in the ascendant without aspect of benefics and also Moon (considered a malefic in this horoscope as it is in waning phase) is in the 8th house, and Ketu another malefic is in the 9th house. 3) The lord of the ascendant- Saturn is regrograde in neutral house; Lord of the Moon sign - Sun is also in Capricorn - the house of his greatest enemy. These combinations give threat to longevity in the 1st and 4th years of life. The child may be threatened by fevers or other heat diseases. 4) Though Jupiter can be said to be in a quadrant, mere strong position of Jupiter is not enough to cancel the Baalaarishta dosha; its avasthas should also be considered. Jupiter is in vriddha avastha (old age) which is not very auspicious inspite of the planet being in its own star (Visakham). The positions of other benefics like Venus and Mercury are also not very auspicious. Under such conditions, only Jupiter in the Lagna can cancel this dosha. Here, unfortunately, Jupiter is in the 10th house and not in the lagna. So, Baalaarishta is there in this horoscope. Performance of "Aayush Homam" every year on the child's birth star will ensure removal of baalarishta dosha. Offering "Alroopam" in Shri Guruvayur temple and "rice tulaabhaaram" on the first birth day of the child will be remedies for this baalaarishta dosha. Incidentally, Guruji Dakshinamoorthiji has proposed to write a slokham to remove baalaarishta dosham in his Paaraayanam group when I asked him about the remedial slokham for removal of baalaarishta dosham. Guruji may upload it any time. Kindly visit the group http://groups. Paaraayanam for reading the slokha. I hope I have made a good start by helping out in finding the dosham in a child's horoscope and suggesting the appropriate remedy.
