Chakras and Planets

Dear Sri N. Rao,

Namaskar.

I am new to this site and trying posting for the second time.

I was going through your lecture notes from your web site and found

someplace you mentioned Jupiter rules the Third Eye Chakra.

Would you kindly also mention the other planetary rulers of different

Chakras.

There is too much literature out there which is contradictory and

conflicting. The western take on Chakras is usually different from

the Eastern.

The most common differences are about Swadhistan and Manipura, not

only the physical locations but also the planetary rulers.

But what is confusing is that even the eastern ( vedic/tibetan) takes

are different.

Your guidance will be highly appreciated. Hopefully you can elaborate

a bit on the psychological traits of the Chakras and how they relate

to the respective planet(s).A clarification on the exact locations of

all the Chakras will also be very useful for many including myself.
