Remedy for Sarhe Sati Phase

Namaskar,

I have recently Joined this Group and expect to

benifit from your guidence .Currently I am passing thru 'Sarhe Saati'

phase and nothing seems to work for me. I would request to all the

enlightned ones to suggest me some solution to pass this phase.May be

i would like to have a Gem remedy and other prayers as well.
