Do you remember those endless pushups or some winter cross country run or straining to pull your chin up over a bar that was three feet over your head? PE (Physical Education time) you either loved it or hated it. Yoga is a little more relaxed; and it is also a fun and healthy activity that can be enjoyed by all the family. You don't have to be super fit or a supermodel, any shape and figure, young or old, more and more are doin' it, so come and join us for some exercise without all the puff and pant. Sept 16th A Family Day out on the Farm A Family Day out on the Farm - have you ever milked a cow? Ploughed a field with Oxen? Or made cheese & yogurt? With much much more to do, it's more than chewing on a piece of straw, "Ooh-Wah!"
