Guest guest
In a discussion about Kundlini, Pt.Shriram Sharma Acharyaji mentioned that when Kundlini is awakened, it travels at four times faster than speed of light. As a scientist, I could not accept it as this would mean re-writing the physics the way we know. So I become very curious and when I went to Shantikunj in May-June of 2002 to do an Anusthan ( in order to help me quit Meat, Smoking and drinking), I also searched for books on Kundalini and bought over 20 books on the subject. I started reading them and also read the vangmaya " Kundlini, Savitri evm Tantra".However after reading this book, I got so much attracted to Pujya Gurudev's message of " Hum badlenge, Yug Badlenga" and " Gyan Yagnaki Jyoti Jalane , hum Ghar Ghar per Jayenge" ( To lighten the lamp of Divine Knowledge, we will go from home to home" and especially reaching out to a large number of curious minds using internet" that I lost curiosity in the subject of Kundlini and I realized that my focus need to be changing myself and to make myself a better person. In any case, for anyone interested in Kundalini, I strongly recommend buying/ reading " Kundalini, Savtri evm Tantra". ( Brief introduction in English to this Vangmaya is at http://www.awgp.org/gamma/LiteratureVangamaya: , vangmaya No. 15 ) I was rally amazed with Pujya Gurudev and who he was ( is) when I came across an entire chapter in which he has written about his ability and effort to do Rasta Kundlini Jagran ( Kundlaini Jagran of the entier nation). ( or may be it was Viswa ( world) Kundlini Jagran, I can not remember, it was almost four years ago when I read this book). For those members of this group, who may not be familiar with Pujya gurudev's literature, Vangmayas are in Hindi and each is ~ 500-600 full space pages compilation of Pujya gurudev's writings on a specific subject, 70 volumes have been published by the Mission and the goal is to have 108 volumes published.) They are rs 125 Each ( individually and are rs. 100 each ( I think) when you make a large order). Also another book that I liked was " Kundlilini " by Swami Shivananda ( founder of Divine life society). I remember seeing it on interent also at http://www.dlshq.org/books.htm but in a quick look today before psoting I could not find it. Hope this is useful..
