I would like to have more information about healing meditations in KY.

I know the "Rama Dasa Sa-Se-So-Hong meditation" and I'm trying to use

it to help a beloved person. I'm doing a period of forty days and I

would know something more about this meditation (I have already seen

the lesson on "yogatech" about it) and his meaning. Is this meditation

in some relation with Guru Ram Das? Moreover, if it is possible, I

would like to know something about "Sat Nam Rasayan"...

Thank you. Sat Nam.

Sat Nam Maurizio,

With Ra Ma Da Sa we evoke and set up the healing energy embodied by Guru

Ram Das and with Sa Say Sohung we fully identify with and surrender to it,

and in doing so, make ourselves a tool for healing.

Do it rambunctiously and on one breath, with a suspenseful space between the

Ra Ma Da Sa and the Sa Say Sohung. This challenges and draws on the Pranic

force.

Need more info? Listen to http://www.church-mouse.com/Ra-Ma-Da-Sa.mp3

Sat Nam Rasayan means "Elixer of Truth" and is best experienced directly.

It is a  good accompaniment to Kundalini Yoga
