What a verse! Where's it from? Is it from Madhurya Kadambini?

I really hanker to get the Sanskrit transliteration for this verse and

memorize it just like a lover memorizes the most beloved songs of his

beloved! Can anyone help me to get the transliteration!

Your servant,

Nayana-rañjana d€sa
