I am not a Sanskrit pandit but I don't see japa mentioned here, so it seems that there must be some other verses preceeding this one. Are japa and bead bags perhaps mentioned in one of the Gosvami's commentaries to this verse? Could this verse be referring to chanting of Gayatri? ys. brajajana?
