Guest guest
Thank you Samba Prabhu. PAMHO. AGTSP & ISKCON. >one should learn how to cry for the Lord. It is also said that if one does not know how to cry for the Lord then one must cry for not knowing / not being able to cry for the Lord. >The fact is that first we have to deserve, then desire. Actually we do not deserve any thing. That is why it is called causeless mercy. We have to sincerely desire for the *undeserved* causeless mercy. Our contribution is only sincerety. Everything (GURU, SADHU, SHASTRA) else is provided by Krishna. >Harmonist Yes, in the harmonist it is very clearly said, as long as the dupes and their under dupes are there in the society of devotees it is a big problem. Caitanya MahaPrabhu also says that insincerety is something like a devotee who poses as doing a Nirjala Fasting on Ekadashi or a festival day, but when he goes for a dip in the river, he will drink water going below the water. The Lord does not tolerate such duplicity. Srila Prabhupada also says, in Bg As It Is that a sincere road sweeper is better than a duplitious devotee, or some thing to that effect. >Bhakti Vikasa Swami.. Maharaj has posted two texts on the above subject. I have not completely understood some of the points. I will be posing my *pari prasnas* on a separate text. So far my comments on the above title are in relation to your and other devotee texts only. Your humble servant, Bhadra Govinda Das.
