ganges or Yamuna, how is gutter water transcendental?

Could we understand from C-c quote that Nawab Hussain would accept such

thing as normal, and that Sanatana Goswami knew that this is good excuse in

Muslim culture, without need of suggesting possibility of Goswami's actually

doing it ?
