I looked up the entries pratyaksa, paroksa, aparoksa, adhoksaja and aprakrta in Gaudiya-Vaisnava-Abhidhana. These terms are not linked there and there is no reference to Jiva Gosvami or any other acarya. Normally GVA always refers to Jiva if he has defined a term. I also checked Baladeva Vidyabhusana's explanations and statements about epistemology, but these five terms do not appear there.
