Guest guest
Dear Prabhus: Pamho. AgtSP. My vaisnava calendar indicates for Dvadasi Oct. 24: Break fast 06:31-06:32 which means there is only one minute in which to break fast. Can anyone tell me how important it is to break Ekadasi fast within the range of time given in the calendar? My understanding has been that if the fast is not broken within the proper time range, the fasting becomes useless or there is no benefit derived from the Ekadasi fast. Is this correct? What happens if someone fails to break fast precisely within the one minute period on October 24th? Thank you for your help. I hope this meets you well and I beg to remain, Your servant, Taraka dasa
