Guest guest
Namaste! Jay Sri Guru & Gouranga! My calendar (for Labin, Croatia (014E08 45N05, Time zone = +1.00) indicates breaking fast from 6:31-10:02. Can the difference be so large? ys RMd > Dear Prabhus: > > Pamho. AgtSP. > > My vaisnava calendar indicates for Dvadasi Oct. 24: Break fast 06:31-06:32 > which means there is only one minute in which to break fast. Can anyone > tell me how important it is to break Ekadasi fast within the range of time > given in the calendar? My understanding has been that if the fast is not > broken within the proper time range, the fasting becomes useless or there > is no benefit derived from the Ekadasi fast. Is this correct? What happens > if someone fails to break fast precisely within the one minute period on > October 24th? Thank you for your help. I hope this meets you well and I > beg to remain, > > Your servant, > Taraka dasa
