Any insights on this? > > pratyasam me tvam kuru govardhana purnam > nija nikata nivasam dehi govardhana tvam In Ray of Visnu (p. 141), the author writes, "...he was often heard to utter phrases from the verses of Srila Rupa Gosvami and Srila Raghunatha dasa Gosvami." He then gives an example of a phrase composed by Rupa Gosvami, followed by an example of a phrase composed by Raghunatha dasa Gosvami: 1. pratyasam etc., which is the refrain of Rupa Gosvami's 1st Govardhanastakam, which is composed in a 13-syllable meter known as "matta-mayura", "mad peacock." 2. nija-nikata-nivasam etc., which is the refrain of Raghunatha dasa Gosvami's Govardhana-vasa-prarthana-dasakam. This one is composed in a completely different meter, namely the 15-syllable "malini." Those skilled in the art, see at once that these two samples cannot belong to one and the same prayer. ys end
