birth and death; ca-and; mocakaƒ-releasing; kaivalyadaƒ-giving liberation;

param-the Supreme; brahma-Absolute; viŠuƒ-Lord ViŠu; eva-indeed;

san€tanaƒ.-eternal; iti.-thus.

 

"He binds the souls with the ropes of birth and death. He unties the

ropes of birth and death that bind the souls. Eternal Lord ViŠu, the

Supreme Personality of Godhead, brings liberation."
